I couldn't justify the high monthly bill when i use only the basic features of the phone. I told myself 'I just don't need that level of technology'. The camera is great, the layout was easier to learn that I had anticipated, and overall usability is not bad. A few little grievances but I expect that nothing is exactly how we would like it to be, so that's ok. I do have two complaints about this phone, which are on two features I really wish would work properly.
